I spent some time this weekend to tear into the suspension. I’ve ordered new springs and seals for the forks. I’m hoping to fix the squishy feeling of the bike. The new springs are heavier and I’m going to run a thicker fork oil. The springs and seals should be here tonight so hopefully I can button the forks back up and move on to the next project.
Then I moved on to the engine work……I thought I would be able to get the thing all torn down in a couple minutes. I was wrong……I got one cover off and realized I didn’t have the right tool to remove the flywheel. O well….I guess I’ll have to order one of those.
Lastly I’ll just say that I love seeing a garage in use…….
