Today was our last morning in Anchorage. It started out raining as usual so we didn’t get a chance to linger and say bye…we just loaded up and left. It rained for a little while and then it got nice and sunny.
The ride was nice….more views of glaciers and mountains. Only stopped a few times today so not many pictures. The route today was a different road but we ended up in a place we’ve already been…Tok.
Made it to Tok around dinner time and got our same spot at Thompsons Eagle Claw. Then we got some brats and cooked them over the fire.
We didn’t realize until the end of the day that this was our last day on new roads in Alaska……really it’s all heading home now……
And last but not least……
These signs need to be everywhere.
