Luckily the majority of the day was sunny but I definitely caught up to a storm at the end of the day. I’ve been wondering when I would see that rain I remember from the last time I was here. Looking at the weather it looks like I’ll be in rain all day tomorrow. But that’s ok…I learned a while ago to embrace the bad weather and enjoy the unexpected. So that’s what I do now.
The day was packed with great views and more wildlife than I saw the entire trip the last time I rode up here. I saw bears, caribou, porcupines, mountain goats, and bison. It was harder to get pictures of them than I thought it would be though so there’s only a few.
I’m not gonna lie though….I’m beat. It always seems that a few days in to a trip I’ll hit a wall. That day was today. I’m not sure why exactly but I was just not ready today and I gotta go to bed like ASAP. But the awesome views made it worth the effort. I’m sure I’ll be back on it tomorrow, that’s how it usually goes anyway. I’m just gonna dump some pictures here and call it good for today.
